http://www.webex.com/ is the one I am most familiar with (it is owned by Cisco now). You can do sound over the web (2-way if you neediness to).Although, some people who have never used it before don’t know how to do that (the hostess gift the ceremony needs a mike), or evening the rather obvious cookie confab.
