Is this cheating?

I think I cheated. I met this 34 year old military guy online and he askedme to be his gf after talking for about a week. I told him if he comes to where I live, “we can work it from there.” He lives in California and I live in NY. He’s not coming in a few months.
Then I met another guy from the web whom I am meeting today. He’s so cute. He’s from switzerland but he now living in NY for two months. He says he wants to go out. He’s 24 and he’s very cute and nice. I don’t know why I accepted to go on the “blind date with him since i just met him. His English is never very good. I’m only 20 years old. Is this cheating? I don’t know what I should do.
the military guy talks to other women online too but he says he answers to me. he ain’t very good looking either but he begged me for a chance. i didn’t agree to be his gf. i only said i’ll give him a chance.
